A few last christmas pictures for you all! There may be a few sale pictures for you soon as well! Above is a picture of the wreath I made this year. I have made a wreath for me and one for my parents for the past 3 years, the one I did for my parents turned out much better than mine this year!! I did mine in the cold and dark so it is a little bit untidy - but I love it all the same. It has everything christmassey in it - holly, ivy, mistletoe, fir and lots of other greenery too - yew, conifer, conkers and pine cones!!

This is a couple of the presents I wrapped this year. There was a very red theme!! I usually go for paper with lots pictures on, but this year I thought I would try and be a bit more co-ordinated so a trip to hobby craft and a few pennies lighter and this is what I came up with!! There was glitter everywhere!!
I had a fantastic christmas and I may do a present post at some point - no promises though!!
Hope you all had a fantastic christmas! xx

Its nearly christmas!!

Anyone else noticed the snow and ice!!! These are pictures of the ice we had a few weeks ago - it was my little winter wonderland. It has now turned into a snowy land, but parts of it are turning grey and melting now! It is very fitting for christmas and I hope it stays for just a little bit longer (but not on the roads!!!)
I hope you are all ready for christmas and that the snow and ice hasn't been too much of a problem for you all!!

What a week!

It has been one very very hectic week, with lots of things going on! My job means that any cold weather and we are super busy, so I have been doing more there too.

I have lots of pictures to share but my cable to connect phone to pc is a little broke and I am yet to venture into the cupboard of doom to get the spare! However I have been at my sisters and so she has taken a pic and emailed it to me!

We have been crafting the past few evenings, and this was a little make for my mum (she LOVES robins) it is already on her tree!

Winter wonderland

As you know I went to York at the end of last week and it was a winter wonderland, there was snow and icicles everywhere! I loved it and in the fun of it all I fell over twice, I had a soft landing on the mountains of snow though so it was ok!

There was of course the negative sides to the weather but I don't want to talk about those as it spoils the christmassy-ness of it all!!
Then the morning after I returned to Gloucester Mr Frost had left his lovely patterns all over my car and a glittery topping to all the tarmac!

Wax Crayons

Evening! Hope you all had a good Halloween. Just thought I would share something I have been doing recently as most of my projects currently are swap related I have to keep them secret!!

Pop some broken up wax crayons in a silicone mould - zap in the microwave for 30 seconds - keep going until melted and .....

You get multi coloured crayons! I am going to try and get some more exciting moulds so that I can make fun shapes! I find that crayola crayons work best!
